Thinking about Serious Skincare? IT ISN’T What You Might Think

Are you getting older, and starting to get interested in serious skincare? Perhaps you have started to notice the signs of aging on your own face when they weren’t there only a few years ago? Like wrinkles forming, lines, crows feet and sagging skin?

You will need a total skincare philosophy. A lot of people appear to assume that serious skincare involves waiting until they’re growing older then needs to use all those creams and skincare products that they see on the shelves of their local stores.

However that’s not just what a serious skincare philosophy involves. If you are really serious about your skin layer there’s some simple things you can do to make huge improvements to your skin layer health that don’t involve buying any skincare products at all.

The first thing to do to get the best skincare is to start young. It’s way easier to start watching your skin health at 20 than at 60. You can find so many things you can certainly do at 20 to make sure that your skin looks great at 60.

Here’s the main things you can do to maximise the health of your skin to make sure your skin layer looks vibrant, youthful and healthy for as long as possible.

1. Don’t smoke. Smoking is probably the worst actions you can take to your skin layer. It causes all sorts of skin problems. It causes vascular problems which can contribute to poor skin health, and it contributes to the increased loss of collagen and elastin in your skin that, in itself, can make you look older. Anyone thinking about serious skincare must avoid smoking.

2. Protect your skin from sunburn. Sunburn is probably the worst things you can do to your skin, along with smoking. UV, and sunburn, that is overexposure to UV, damages the structure of one’s skin.

3. Stay healthy. Notice I’ve used the term “skin health” a few times. That’s because great looking skin is healthy skin, and poor looking skin is unhealthy skin. And when you remain healthy yourself your skin layer should remain healthy too.

So all of the normal items that you’ve read about staying healthy pertains to maintaining skin health. Eat a lot of fruit and vegetables, drink a lot of water and exercise regularly.

A fat unhealthy and unfit person who lives on an eating plan of pizzas burgers could have trouble maintaining vibrant healthy looking youthful skin. Because health is really a total body thing.

However chances are if you’re reading this you’re not 20 because at 20 so many women aren’t considering skincare. Or about health in general. In the end, you only have to get serious about that stuff in 30 more years don’t you?

So if you’re, say, 50, and thinking that it’s time to pay some focus on a serious skincare philosophy, what do you do? You do everything you’ve just read. It’s never too late to make a difference to your wellbeing, or your skin health. Stop smoking, start eating right, exercise, stay out of the sun and you’ve started in relation to a significant skincare revolution. You can’t necessarily reverse past skin surface damage, but if you’re serious it is possible to certainly start creating improvements.

And the following point you need to do is to start using some top shelf top quality skincare products. These aren’t the big brand products you see on the shelves of your local store. Those skincare products are under quality and overvalued.

No house call doctor mean begin using skincare products from a specialist skincare company that is at the leading edge of modern skincare philosophy and science. Because there are some stunningly effective services on the market that are shown in trials to work extremely well for reversing a few of the signs of aging, and the big brands avoid them. Usually because the ingredients are very costly and cut profits.

But you can find companies, one specifically, that uses these leading edge ingredients in it’s skincare products, and the products are cost competitive. That’s since they don’t advertise on TV. They put their budget into their products, not their marketing.
